The Rah is the owner(s) of the dream. They are the highest on the Chain and their word is law.
Dream Guardians
The Dream Guardian(s) are 2nd in the Chain. They are called in when there is a big problem and know all the rules and standards in the dream. 99.9% of the time the Dream Guardian(s) are the one who end a problem. However, if they need help they will contact the Rah.
Bugges
The Bugge is one of the most important parts of the dream. They are ranked in 3nd in the chain. However, the only time you need to talk to them is when something in the dream is not working properly. Be it a command or an item, the Bugge can fix it for the next dream update.
Public Relations
Public Relations staff deal with everyday problems in the dream. They are who the others will transfer your help request to before going to the higher ups. They know how to deal with most problems in the dream.
Decorations
The Decorations are the ones to talk to if you are stumped on decorating your home. They can help you with designing and getting it all set up.
Eventers
The Eventer(s) are the ones who control the Events in the dream. They have full rule over the huge event room, the decorations and making games and things in it.
Helpers
The Helper(s) are the start of the Chain to get help in the dream. They can answer basic questions and give some advice.
Welcomers
The Welcomer(s) are part of the base of the dream. They are the friendly face that greet each new pony who comes into the dream and explains the basics of the dream to them.
